Melbourne Zoo is the oldest zoo on the Australian continent, and it is located 4 kilometers from the center of Melbourne. It contains more than 320 individuals of different animals from all over the world. The zoo is very sensitive to the conservation of rare species of Australian animals, there is also a large section for students who are interested in the conservation of animals. Melbourne Zoo was founded in 1862 and was a place for acclimatization of domestic animals, but since then it has changed a lot.
