While you won’t find traditional national parks in this region, the Hesse state and the surrounding areas have numerous parks and natural reserves that provide opportunities for outdoor recreation and enjoying the beauty of nature. These parks and natural areas are well worth exploring for those interested in outdoor activities and natural landscapes.
