  5. Northwest Reno: This district is characterized by its proximity to the mountains, making it a popular choice for outdoor enthusiasts. It’s a mix of residential neighborhoods and retail centers.
  6. Sparks: While not technically part of Reno, Sparks is a neighboring city with its own unique character. It’s home to Victorian Square, which hosts events and festivals, and the Sparks Marina Park, a recreational hub.
  7. University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) Area: The area around the university is home to students and faculty. It has a youthful energy with a mix of affordable housing options, restaurants, and cultural attractions.
  8. North Valleys: This is a more rural and less densely populated area located to the north of Reno. It’s known for its open spaces and is a growing area for residential development.
  9. Hidden Valley: Situated in the hills east of Reno, Hidden Valley offers stunning views and larger homes. It’s a quieter and more upscale residential neighborhood.
