CorelDraw Map Flags all countries

Flags and heraldry play an important role in representing the identity and history of countries. Here are the flags and some information about the heraldry of various countries. Please note that flag designs and heraldic symbols may change over time, so it’s essential to verify the most up-to-date information:

  1. United States:
    • Flag: The U.S. flag consists of 13 alternating red and white horizontal stripes, with 50 white stars on a blue field in the upper left corner. The stars represent the 50 states, and the stripes represent the original 13 colonies.
    • Heraldry: The national emblem features a bald eagle, a symbol of freedom, holding an olive branch (peace) and arrows (war).
  2. United Kingdom:
    • Flag: The Union Jack, commonly known as the British flag, combines the flags of England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. It features a red cross of St. George (England), a white cross of St. Andrew (Scotland), and a red diagonal cross on a white background (Northern Ireland).
    • Heraldry: The Royal Arms of the United Kingdom features a lion (representing England), a unicorn (representing Scotland), and the motto “Dieu et mon droit” (God and my right).
  3. Canada:

    • Heraldry: The national symbol includes a maple leaf, and Canada’s coat of arms features a lion and a unicorn, similar to the UK.
  4. France:
    • Flag: The French flag, known as the “Tricolore,” consists of three vertical stripes of blue, white, and red.
    • Heraldry: The French coat of arms features the fleur-de-lis, which has been a symbol of French royalty and nobility.
  5. Germany:

    • Heraldry: The national emblem includes a black eagle on a gold field.
  6. Japan:
    • Flag: The Japanese flag, known as the “Nisshōki” or “Hinomaru,” is a simple red circle on a white background.
    • Heraldry: Japan traditionally uses a chrysanthemum flower as a symbol in its heraldry.

    • Flag: The Chinese flag consists of a red field with five yellow stars in the upper left corner. The largest star represents the Communist Party of China, and the four smaller stars symbolize the Chinese people.
    • Heraldry: China’s national emblem features a red field with a large, golden five-pointed star above the Tiananmen Gate.
  8. India:
