Waterways:

  3. Waibaidu Bridge (Garden Bridge): Located at the northern end of the Bund, Waibaidu Bridge is one of the oldest surviving bridges in Shanghai. It has a classic design and offers picturesque views of the surrounding area.
  4. Xupu Bridge: Xupu Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge connecting Xuhui and Pudong. It is notable for its unique shape, resembling a succession of bamboo shoots.

Main Streets:

  1. Nanjing Road: Nanjing Road is one of the most famous shopping streets in Shanghai, known for its bustling atmosphere, high-end shops, and vibrant nightlife. It is divided into Nanjing Road East and Nanjing Road West.
  2. The Bund (Waitan): Although not a street in the traditional sense, the Bund is a historic waterfront area along the Huangpu River. It features a promenade with colonial-era architecture and offers stunning views of the Pudong skyline.
  3. Huaihai Road: Huaihai Road is a major shopping street in Shanghai, lined with luxury boutiques, department stores, and international brands. It runs through the heart of the city.
  4. Fuzhou Road: Fuzhou Road is known for its cultural and historical significance. It houses several bookstores, publishing houses, and cultural institutions, making it a hub for literature and art.
