Illustrator Map Montpellier France

A general overview of Montpellier’s principal waterways, bridges, and main streets. Vectormap.Net provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date vector maps in Adobe Illustrator, PDF and other formats, designed for editing and printing. Please read the vector map descriptions carefully.

Waterways: Montpellier is not known for large navigable waterways, but it does have the Lez River running through the city. The Lez River is not very wide, but it adds a scenic element to the cityscape.

Bridges: Several bridges span the Lez River and connect different parts of Montpellier. The most notable bridge is the Pont Saint-Clément. This historic bridge is characterized by its arches and provides a picturesque view of the river and surrounding areas.

Main Streets: Montpellier’s city center is characterized by narrow medieval streets, charming squares, and elegant boulevards. The main square is the Place de la Comédie, a large square with the Opera Comédie building at one end and the Three Graces Fountain at the other. Some of the main streets and boulevards in Montpellier include:

  1. Place de la Comédie: The central square, often referred to as the heart of the city.
  2. Rue de la Loge: A historic street with shops and restaurants, leading from Place de la Comédie to the old town.
  3. Boulevard du Jeu de Paume: This boulevard runs alongside the Lez River and offers a pleasant promenade.
  4. Rue Foch: A stylish street with shops, cafes, and boutiques.

Please note that urban landscapes can change, and new developments may have occurred since my last update. For the most current and detailed information, it’s advisable to check with local sources or recent travel guides.
