CorelDraw Map Volgograd Russia

Volgograd, formerly known as Stalingrad, is a major city in Russia located in the southwestern part of the country. The city has a well-developed street network with several principal streets and avenues that serve as major transportation arteries.  Here are some of the notable streets in Volgograd:

  1. Prospekt Lenina (Lenin Avenue): This is one of the main thoroughfares in Volgograd and is named after Vladimir Lenin. It runs from the city center to the northern suburbs and is lined with various shops, restaurants, and government buildings.
  2. Prospekt Mira (Peace Avenue): Another significant avenue in the city, Prospekt Mira, is known for its wide boulevards and connects various parts of Volgograd. It’s home to many cultural and educational institutions.
  3. Prospekt Stachki (Stachki Avenue): This avenue is an essential transportation route in Volgograd and runs southward, connecting the city center with the southern neighborhoods and industrial areas.
  4. Ulitsa Krasnoznamenskaya (Krasnoznamenskaya Street): This street runs east-west in the central part of the city and is home to various shops, cafes, and businesses. It’s known for its vibrant atmosphere.
  5. Ulitsa Lomonosova (Lomonosova Street): Located in the central part of the city, this street is named after the famous scientist Mikhail Lomonosov. It’s known for its historical and architectural significance.
  6. Ulitsa Sovetskaya (Sovetskaya Street): Another important street in the city center, Sovetskaya Street is lined with shops, restaurants, and historical buildings.
  7. Ulitsa V.I. Chuikova (V.I. Chuikov Street): This street is named after the famous Soviet general Vasily Chuikov and is located in the central part of the city. It’s known for its historical significance.

Please keep in mind that Volgograd’s street network may have evolved since my last update, and new streets or developments may have emerged. It’s always a good idea to use a map or GPS navigation service for precise and up-to-date information when navigating the city.
